Randy Koerner
District VIII
Randy joined the Golden West Board of Directors in February 2010 following the expansion of the Cooperative to include the Golden West customers who were not already members of the Cooperative.
Randy is the owner of Koerner Construction in Freeman, SD. He has been in business since 1979. He is a graduate of Freeman High School and the University of South Dakota.
He has served as a volunteer fire fighter and EMT. He currently sits on the City of Freeman Planning and Zoning Commission and is a member of the Freeman Development Corporation’s Business Retention Committee. Randy is an active member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Randy and his wife of 35 years, LeeAnn, enjoy yard work, cooking and camping.
