Plankinton High School – Whitney Payne
Whitney Payne is the daughter of Ken and Michelle Payne. She was involved in basketball, volleyball, golf, student council, FCCLA, National Honor Society, and choir. She will attend South Dakota State University to pursue a degree in family and consumer science education.
