Golden West is committed to providing customers with the best online experience possible. As part of that pledge, we have increased broadband speeds for customers in fiber-served areas. Faster internet allows you to connect more devices, stream or game at a higher resolution, and video chat — all at the same time. Whether you use the internet for work or play (or both), this makes for a better online experience for everything from education to telehealth.
Customers currently subscribed to broadband speeds of:
- Up to 25 Mbps will receive up to 50 Mbps.
- Up to 50 Mbps will receive up to 100 Mbps.
- Up to 100 Mbps will receive up to 250 Mbps.
There is no price increase associated with the upgrade.
If you would like an even faster speed, you can upgrade to the next speed package for an additional $20 per month. Whether you use the internet for work or play, you’ll enjoy a more efficient and streamlined experience.
