There is an on-line bill pay website that appears to be affiliated with Golden West, but it is not. Doxo.com is third-party website that allows people to pay bills via their site. However, doxo.com may charge their users extra fees, and Golden West cannot control when/if we will receive payments from doxo.com. This may result in a late payment or even disconnection due to non-payment. To make sure you’re paying Golden West directly, call 1-855-888-7777 or visit https://www.goldenwest.com/my-account/estatement/.
