Email maintenance may delay sending and receiving messages

EMAIL MAINTENANCE: Early Tuesday, July 30, Golden West email accounts may experience a delay in sending and receiving messages. The delay may last up to 120 minutes as the cooperative performs server maintenance between midnight and 3 a.m.

Any incoming and outgoing email during that time will be held and sent when the maintenance is completed. All email will remain in your account and will be accessible after the work is complete. Performing periodic preventative maintenance like this helps keep your email running smoothly into the future.

If you have any email issues after the maintenance ends, please try restarting your email client (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc.) and rebooting your computer. If the problem persists, the Golden West Help Desk is always available to assist at 1-855-888-7777, option 1.
