GoYotes on Golden West Ch. 78

Golden West is pleased to offer the new Channel 78, GoYotes TV, in agreement with SDN Communications and the University of South Dakota (USD). The channel will be available to subscribers of the Golden West Select or the Ultra cable packages.  

This channel is currently only live on the Golden West IPTV system that’s used in fiber-served areas; it will be available in all areas in the coming weeks. If Midco Sports or Midco Sports Two is already broadcasting a USD game, it will not air on Channel 78 as Midco Sports remains the primary broadcast partner for USD Athletics. 

The first game broadcast was the USD vs. NDSU men’s basketball game on Native American Heritage Day, Saturday, Feb. 4, 2023. If no time zone is indicated on promoted event, are listed in Central Standard Time (CST). 

Note that there’s no way to DVR or use Catch Up and Restart for GoYotes TV on channel 78. That’s because USD is not using the “guide” feature to detail programs and times. 

Free, live events will also be broadcasted on GoYotes.com. These events are coordinated by USD and information will be shared on the channel. Consider upgrading to the Golden West Select or Ultra Cable package so you don’t miss any action!
