HBO Max
An HBO subscription from Golden West now includes the HBO Max streaming service, giving you even more entertainment options at no extra cost.
HBO Max Includes Lots of Programming Options
Using the HBO Max app and a high-speed internet connection, you can stream all of HBO plus even more of your favorite TV series, blockbuster movies, and new Max Originals for everyone in the family. Beyond what you’ve come to expect from HBO including hit movies and original programs like Game of Thrones, HBO Max also offers full seasons of iconic shows including Friends, Looney Tunes Cartoons, Wonder Woman, the revival of Doctor Who and much more.
To activate your HBO Max service and start watching today, follow these three steps.
1. You need a WatchTVEverywhere account.
To stream it all, you need a WatchTVEverywhere account. If you already have a WatchTVEverywhere account, jump to Step 2. To create an account, you need to know your Golden West Account Number and the Last Name exactly as both appear on your Golden West statement. For help with WatchTVEverywhere, visit goldenwest.com/wtve.
2. Next, download the HBO Max app or watch online and sign in.
The HBO Max app is available for smartphones, tablets and computers, as well as on many streaming devices and some TV models. Download the app or go online to Play.HBOMax.com. As a current HBO subscriber, click on “Sign In” and select “Sign In Through TV or Mobile Provider.” Select “Golden West Cablevision” as your TV Provider and use the email address and password associated with your WatchTVEverywhere account.
3. Finally, establish an HBO account.
As a final step, create an account with HBO. From this point forward, log in to HBO Max with this username and password. Now you’re ready to enjoy HBO Max!
