With a virtual address you will continue to send and receive your mail exactly as you did before using the email software of your choice. To utilize your virtual email address you should change the 'From' and 'Reply' fields in your existing email software to your virtual email address.
Most full-featured email programs (Outlook, Eudora) have a setup area so you can easily make these modifications.
Here is the basic configuration information:
In the 'From Address' and 'Reply Address' fields enter the virtual address such as: yourname@yourdomain.com. In the Name field enter your full name. The SMTP and POP server fields do not need to be changed. If not already entered you should obtain POP and SMTP server information by contacting the Help Desk.
